Rocket 22.iptvrocket.tv not working

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.

My old donations are working fine because they 11.iptvrocket.tv...

But new donations are automatically creates as 22.iptvrocket.tv... It having 504 timeout error...

How to create new donations with 11.iptvrocket.tv?????

You must use the portal that was assigned to you. double check your code again.

As a reminder, you can be proactive if you believe the issue on a newly assigned portal url is on the server side by e-mailing [email protected], particularly for those who are using a dedicated STB (Avov, MAG or Dreamlink T1). Make sure your MAC is properly linked to the donation, the url is correct in the settings, and have at least tried to do an IPTV Reset at least once before e-mailing them. Allow for a reasonable time for response.

Mac linked correctly. Everything is fine. It loads the genre list (All, Business, Children's, etc) But when I click any of it it show ITV Authentication Failed. Sometimes it loads channels lists too. But Unable to play again getting Same error...

I checked the stalker data folder and it downloads http_portal1_iptvrocket_tv-genres too... :( Don't know what was the error...

Sent email to [email protected] on yesterday. Emailed my back stating they are working to resolve this issue.
 
Same error here, did activate 2 donations early yesterday , i send the mac / activation code for both and still not response from papiao team.
I only get error, did at least 3 resets on both donations before i decide to email them.

Hard work in their end , i do imagine that; but at least be on top of the emails from customers
