We get an announcement over a week ago now, but no real detail, no status updates, and problems are still here. There must be a better way to communicate to customers the status of these types of issues. Some channels don't play at all (vice) and others just loop and disconnect. Has the problem been found? Is it being worked on? Any sort of status change to the announcement made on the 27th? Is there an ETA? Sorry, its just frustrating...
