My iptv box has been moved to another country. The setting on the server is changed to that country. A ping on a laptop to the server is doing fine, provider does not block but .... I do get the message: please check internet connection and portal URL. What do I have to do to get this box...

Since a couple of days, starting at around 18.00 ET, me and my customers have a lot of freezing on S1 and S2. The un-coded channels are not affected. Next day everything running perfectly until around 18.00 ET when the freezing starts again. Does someone recoqnize this ? Any ideas where to look...
