i just did the update and now it will not connect to portal. I have done everything I did before and still can't connect. I added my MAC address, reset on donation checker, changed my portal several times. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

We have the avov vixo 2 for about a year on nfps. It ran out and I got iptv66. I cannot get it to connect. I have put all of the info in it. I have done hard reset, reset Internet and still nothing. I can't reset on the donation checker. Any ideas of what is wrong? I didn't find a place to put...
