how do I get rid of the message support to new domain names I click on ok but in about 60 seconds it is back up

after going through the instructions I found the problem where the mac address was suppose to be on mine it was all 0s now it has my mac address thanks for all the help

I have went through everything again and checked mac address and says that I am up but I am still blocked. When I did me donation I gave my mac address and came in activated . need help
