I was encountering the same problem on my mag254 on NFPS using portal 2. I kept getting message every time I turned on the tv that there is an "authorization problem" My other stb on a different portal was working fine, so I just changed the portal using the papio site. Now, it works fine...

Changing portal from 2 to another portal seems to have solved my problem for now... Hope this holds..

I can't seem to find any other current threads about this, but I noticed yesterday that the program guide, epg, listings don't seem to be showing up on my mag254 on rocket iptv. Everything else seems to work okay. Is this the case everywhere, or just my own local problem? Thanks for your help.

Mag254.... on or off? Is there any difference in the service life of this unit whether it's left on or off when not watching? I know some IKS STB's heat up, and are probably best turned off when not using. Any knowledgeable opinions?
