    can someone help me here ??the channels load but most of the channels showing only black screen (only few business channels working).I tried solution posted somewhere about media player setting :checking send device ID and Use mac based device ID but the problem persisted any solution ??

    purchased neo donation yesterday, tried to update mac address not updating ,now I have to wait 24 hours because maximum search reached .....what is the solution?
