Do you get error right after entering the username and password ? It takes like half millisecond to get the error, it's like not even trying to connect, I tried everything possible and no go. Anyway, my thread is over here if anything does change I will let you know asap...

To be honest (not trying to be disrespectful) I used to have different provider and it was just plug and play. Once I entered the portal I was ready to go. The reseller help here is zero to none. This is great site with awesome people but ....

I don't see there anything about router but I tried connect directly without my router, same issue, Authentication ERROR.
