i asked them twice to reset my mac address as i keep getting authentication failed error , and they suddenly stop responding as per my mac address i told them i was using kodi and they generated one for me

so after 1 week of bs responses of " did you type your mac right , try diff portal" i asked them to change my mac address , reset my service and they suddenly disappear right away been a week after i sent them two emails asking for this no response now .. i keep getting authentication error ...

oh .. so what can i do is it possible to get a new donation number i tryed emailing the reseller no response
