please make sure that you follow all the steps as well double check your android box if it has enough memory to handle such volume of data request. not all android devices can handle it and it will come up with issues such mentioned and smoothness of the videos. hope this can help. Respect.

it is an issue with the server there for the developers and the great guys that are running it are working very hard to fix this issue so sorry for the inconvenient but its only temporary. so kindly please wait and you will see the result once done and fixed.
