Yes from day 1 I was checking the junk, the email never came. Apparently others had this issue also and they had to wait a few days but this is taking too long

I have been checking that from day one and all it says is.....Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged.

I normally get my instantly also and yes I have been checking my spam messages constantly

I did mine on iksrockets and its 4 days now, no email...so I guess we have to sit back and wait

So on Dec 23rd I paid for another 1yr rocket subscription and today is 4 days I have been waiting for the email so that I can start the process. The credit card has been billed. I know they said give them 24-48hrs to process subscriptions and I know this is a holiday weekend so I'm really hoping...

I really hope so because I made an order exactly 24hrs ago and I'm still waiting for my email and this is about the 4th time I made an order but this is the first time I have encountered an issue like this.
