I have all my donation details, thanks because I know how to use email, seems the service provider doesn't. What I meant was couldn't they have sent an email notifying us about the new system they were putting in place on the 1st February. They have our email addresses. Poor service in my book.

Weren't the service providers able to warn us about the 1st February authentication date? I don't think I have seen anything for the 2 donations I made.
