Just out of curiosity, does anyone know how long this service has been around? I have only known about it since June or so, but from what I've read it's been around for years. I've not been able to find anything on its age.

[Ch 250] ION Television East is distorted Not actually down as in dead, but the channel has a distorted pink video and is putting out an ear-piercing static sound. Here's a screenshot of the video: Using Kodi on two different devices, if that means anything. Both have the same effect.
