Dear NFPS Team

Currently there are too many tv channels down including most of the SKY channels including all Sky Sports channels. A lot of channels have been removed that were recently added such as LMN, Epix etc yet the price went up. This in my honest opinion is unjustified. Seems to be that no customer service exists :mad:whatsoever, never any updates posted. As of today Saturday well over 60% UK/USA channels are down for well over two days. NFPS really should be giving discounts to it's customers and really need to start improving the service otherwise a large umber of customers will leave. Instead the opposite has happened service has dramtically decreased but annual stub has gone up ??? Thoughts people please

Having the same issue nd i hoping everything goes up again...really bad service no timeline on reapirs all i hear is that it will take time...but how long no one knows..no replys fr admin even. I am assuming nw that my spending here is nt worth.

I so so agree.. once the price increase hit it went to sh*t fast..plus why even pay with the hundreds of stalker clones floating around it kinda makes who donated look like fools..this is the exact reason why i don't promote this service. but i will say the few channels i do watch work pretty much all the time

I think that is why we are having these issues and I am sure the team are working to block all clones out there so we can have stable service. Just my two cents

I wouldn't be upset if there was better communication from the providers. Its funny how now not one persone has come in and said "it must be your setup" or "its your end not ours"

Like i said keep your customers in the know and you will have a happy community.

They've been saying the service was going to improve once it became paid...fast forward 8 months and the service has become terrible. For anyone trying to pay for this service, don't get your hopes up for HD since they can barely keep SD from buffering.

I completely agree. This service went down hill fast, and communication is non existent. I was selling this service, and wound up giving 3 out of 5 people there money back due to them threating to turn me in. A friend of mine was turned in and it cost him $5,000. It is imposable for me to sell someone garbage and tell them its roses.

They keep saying t will get better and it only gets worse. They take away channels all the time and have downgraded the video quality to almost unwatchable levels.

You got to imagine if 10,000 people signed up and donated at $100 a pop they made over $1,000,000. I don't care how specialized the needed equipment is it doesn't cost that much, and you know there are more than 10,000 people who have donated. For that amount of money they could have moved the servers to another country on a private jet.

If the provider would at lease come out with updates for customers that would be one thing, but they refuse. I have eaten about $500 my own money due to customer issues, and now still have 3 subscriptions unsold that will most likely go in the trash.

All of this would not be as bad if they kept IKS working, but they don't bother with that anymore either. If it runs for 5 day straight without 5 more down days it a metrical. Not to mention only a hand full of channels ever work.

The complete lack of information is unforgivable from a customers stand point. They should have stopped selling donations when this all started, but they keep duping people and taking there money. That's just bad business.

I have noticed the number of posts have declined here by a huge margin I wonder if that is due to people who are feed up, or people who have given up. Either way its embarrassing.

I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years with IKS, and have never seen this kind of problem before I know I will probably be banned for posting this, but someone had to tell it like it is for the vast majority of customers.

Over the last 3 weeks I have only turned on my Mag 2 times and both times almost nothing worked. The system looked better and worked better when it was free. Just saying.

for my part i donate in november, works during one week perfectly. And after, it was the beginning of the descent... video quality was downgraded, buffering 15 hours a day (but it was "from my end" of course) this was done to offer more bandwith i suppose... for not buying new servers.

By the way we have no news about the hardware of the ISP that was about to be changed, (that was announced by the end of november...)

100 bucks to the trash.

I'm already on a new top service with 260 UK and US channels, some HD channels, 5.1, for 3 bucks a month. Works perfectly. Monthly donation is better and honest, as users can try month after month, and not pay for a all year and get fu...

Will continue to see if NPPS upgrade or downgrade much more, as i got my donation continue to next november. But if nothing changes i will not donate again for sure.

Please dont get me started on the work this half hour then start stucking for the rest of the day or night crap. I do sales and personnal experience and customer satisfaction goes ahell of away in the buying power of the customer so since that is the only power we seem to have, y not exercise it in donation and equipment like boxes etc.

sorry, I tried reading what you posted but it must be in another language. I don't understand most of it.

Seems the service here is working, not 100% but it is not as bad as some of yous are saying it is :(

Much of the channel issues stems from the clone stalkers out there gaining server access and also the pirates stealing the channel content and selling it as their own.
