Your stb is blocked call the provider

go back to website and delete the MAC
to disconnect his receiver. Then do an IPTV reset at the website. Then go back in and re-add the MAC again. Then another IPTV reset
work great for me fallow the introduction and it going to work

For what it is worth. The last two months when I renewed my subscription, I have had the same problem. Both times I wound up doing a reset. First time and second time that did not do it. That said, I then went to the change MAC option. However I only reversed the last two sets. For example if the last part of the MAC is 24:7a at the end, (Last 4 digits,) I just did this..... 42:a7 and then changed it. Then after a successful change, I immediately would change it back...... 24:7a for this example, and then everything would be fine. Box was unplugged before I do this because with the latest software the mags have don't really shut down. Only goes to standby and I can't help but wonder if that could be playing a part because I had no problem until the last update on the 254. Also activate the country lock. I don't use the IP addy lock because I have Dynamic IP addy with my provider and simply unplugging my router can sometimes change my IP addy. Maybe this will help some. Have a good one!
