IPTV66 Login Error

I just got another box setup , loading the portal its asking for user name and password.

I pt in my donation numbers in both fields , red text comes up after I click ok . ERROR

Is this normal ?

Or is your email address the login and donation number password ?

My fingers are getting worn out from trying .

My route show active when check it with the order# but loging on with it still show error and I can't get it to show up in search route for a reset.

the username and password may not be the error at all.
If the MAC addy does not match your Donation number and your receiver, then logging in will give an error.

send me info I need and I can check these for you guys.

well I would need the donation number and the MAC addy you need linked.
Your email helps too.

I did do a reset while I was there thou.
Check now for results

I did a router check , then did the IPTV Reset , rebooted the box and works fine !
