NFPS / Private Mag 254 help

I need help to make my MAG254 running, i got all the information by IPTV66 but look that I can no add channels , Im new in this somebody can help me, I try to contact them but not respond , how I ca set up my mag254???

there is a setup tuturail posted as a Sticky thread and found in the MAG 254 forum section.
It has all the info to get your Mag setup and working.

need to be updated a bit am i wrong should of said need a update to it it a old sticky lots have changed in last few months
