Mag254, latest firmware and my Dreamlink is working fine. Don't think it's my problem. My internet seems to be working fine.

I have a direct connection via router and 2nd router. Same thing I've been using since the beginning.

yes connection problem mag 254 code good satellite receiver working fine

just checked again and mag 254 is working fine...checked HBO 300. 303. 308....MAX and Showtime...all fine..

To verify my Mag was getting good internet, I updated the software and it loaded quickly.

I loaded the server url on my computer and I still get the loading line without any loading.

what I can tell you is my mag is working fine with 218 r11 firmware at this time..

Unless something changed I added weeks ago.

Allow me to add that I was able to watch the box choppy on channel 97 for over an hour with the Connection Problem notice on the top of my screen. Then about 7:45am PDT it went down completely.

when you say you loaded url to computer this confuses me. Do you have the correct url in line2 of your portal??

I checked with Greg, we have different ISPs, so it must be on your end.

you also may try using DHCP with manual DNS and use google DNS..... 8.8.8.8

you could also try running wired direct to modem, bypassing routers to help troubleshoot

Koolkat, you know I'm no newbie. I put the stalker url in my Safari and got the same loading line I get on my Mag. Try it.
