hey guys looking for some help my mothers service was working fine she told me to come over and now I put the rocket number in to log in which I checked to see if it was still active it is. She says it was working until it kept asking her to log in can anybody help me I keep getting a red error in the top right authentication box I double checked my info everything is correct.
