Here is what I discovered from testing the last 3 days, since Tuesday with this issue. I bought one month to start for testing. It was strange because as I changed the mac to test different devices (all mag 254s), all of these devices remained actively working on this one month account. BTW I have a week left on this one month account. I then bought a panel. On Tuesday I had a handful of customers that had the "STB is Blocked call your provider". I went into the route checker. Changed their mac to a generic one, and then changed it back to their real mac and it seemed to work for all the folks I had on my panel. But the 3 Mag 254s that I had on the one month account do not work at all. They all say STB blocked no matter what I do. I even activated one on the panel and it says successful. But its stuck with the same message.
