Your box is blocked by the server

I am setting up a new AVOV TV Online, and I have ben getting this message since I set up... on the NFPS Server. ..."Your box is blocked by the server. Please contact the service provider". This box is linked to an active donation. Any ideas? Thanks. The box is working on another provider with no problems. I am using the url 1.iptvprivateserver.tv
 
the iptv portal for nfps is not up at this time...giving contact service provider...both modem/router and box have been rebooted a number of times....as I said the apps from mickymart are working, thks..
 
just now got the iptv portal back...haven't checked the mag yet, it was giving portal temporarily unavailable message. Since both the mag and avov use the same proprietary stalker middleware figure it should be working also, thks..
 
I turn my box off or should say put in stand by when not using and I think that has a lot to do with it. I wasn't alone with this prob it's showing up on other sites also..
 
got messages on both the mag and avov this morning...and like I said rebooted modem/router and box many times...I think it has to do with the stalker middleware...JMO..was able to use any apps on the avov just no iptv portal
 
my avov vixo1 been getting that message for about a week now, or it was but I haven't checked it in a few days.
I have the new vixo2 as well but haven't set it up yet as I have temporarly lost internet just last Thursday at home
 
Late morning had a sports channel on but had the sound off because wife was taking a nap, when she woke tried to get sound back but would not come in so rebooted portal but still no sound, rebooted mag254 and had no internet connection so powered off/on and got back in quickly and all good, may have been server work going on but will never know.
