NFPS / Private Yellow bar not loading

All my devices in different locations over the country were working perfect and up to yesterday I had people calling me and stating that they're not getting no live tv. I did all IPTV resets etc. and no joy. I waited until this morning and it's the same bloody issue.
Please advise as to what is going on here.

Ok , but other people in threads stating they're getting through. Question is if something needs to be change on the APP whether be Kodi , emulator or the MAG so that the service would be back to normal? Last time , I had this issue is because the device ID needed to be enable and sent on the emulator for it to work consistently therefore I must ask my questions as this service isn't free and frustrations are building back up as we're having more downtime than uptime.

I would have to say we don't have more downtime than uptime! Of course if your a reseller and you phone is ringing off the hook then I guess you would notice it a bit more... Fun running your own business isn't it???
