Wifi working in front USB only

On my 254, the wifi usb adaptor works only in the front connection..
If I connect it in the back, wifi doesnt work, and when I click ''settings'', I get a white screen
and the stb is frozen.
Any idea?
Should I complain to the seller?
Is it software related?

no driver, its a wifi adaptor that came with the box

did you get your box from infomir and it's a Teletec adaptor??

I just lost the infomir intro but its ok with me.
