Why have they done this?

"You have reached the maximum searchs per day, please try again in 24 hours. !"

Now we can't search our donation/routes more than how many times a day? Is it really now donw to 1? i ma asking for it to go back to 3 please!!!

Why would you need to search more then once?? Searching more then once and hoping for something different??

Its happening to me as well rockycat - its not searching for something else its searching on my own donation number when trying to login to reset mac and do iptv resets because I keep getting an error in Koi saying mac address mismatch (even though they are not mismatched configs)

Now I cant get into papaio to try and resolve it for another 24 hours. FOUL LANGUAGE REMOVED!

I understand the guys had issues with their servers and multiple logging in may have been one of the issues they faced but this just means another xxxxxxx day without the service

I have asked to increase this cap limit.
It is frustrating, I know. I too have capped a couple members and only entrered the search page once.

I will keep on the administration about this.

yes, the errors that caused your search to be max out have been fixed. So even with the same max limit you should be alright because the Portal NA and other errors have been fixed, so no need to retry more then once or twice.

Is it not working for you yet ?
