this is my last ticket response from AVOV

2. Where are you located?
3. Where did you purchase the device? Online/Retailer/Avov? Please specify...
4. Your SN (serial number) located at the bottom of the device

Please ship your device to the attached address below and provide me with a tracking number (along with the information above) so I can post it to the RMA Department. You are required to pay for shipping to us but we will cover all expenses regarding repair and return shipping. If shipping internationally put the product value as 0 since the item is a return.

this is the first Ticket i got back from then in the settings issue I also have a ticket in for missing KODI 15

so I believe it would be best for you to send your box in for RMA, I do not want you to wait any longer. If you can send the box back to us, we will cover the shipping back to you. At the moment, we are working with DHL for us to issue shipping labels so you will not have to pay for shipping. However, we have not come to an agreement with them as of yet. Let me know if you would like to wait or send the box into us.
 
I'm in the same boat as you except I live in Australia,so it would cost me about $50 to send back,guess I will just have to wait.

I think i am going to send it back I am Canadian so I am guessing $10-$15
kind of wondering what i am going to end up with my guess is build 1.0.6
