I have yet to receive info for a new donation as well as a renewal. My credit card has been billed for each purchase on Feb 5. I have not received an order number or any other info. I have emailed the papio people twice and have no reply. I have never had such terrible service from them until now. In the past I have purchased several donations and usually within 1 day all info is received.
