VOD not streaming videos

I have an avov box for the last couple of years and working fine until recently the VOD movies stop streaming. The online tv works fine though. I remember some time ago I had similar issue and someone told me to change media player for VOD or something similar. My VODs started to play after that. I have been trying to resolve this issue but couldn't figure out what to do. Any advice!
