IPTV66 VOD Giving Server Unavailable error

I got a month worth and it worked like a charm for the first day . After that it gives me server unavailable after opening a movie in vod section . Chanel’s work fine is just the vod section that don’t work .
I have changed my portal twice no luck. Did iptv reset no luck . Anything else I can do?

What receiver are you using ?
And what Player is being used , if you are able to see that ?
If you can change the Player from it's default, that would be next thing to try.
