VIXO1 problem

Hey i have, VIXO1, TVONLINE and TVONLINE +
3 model boxes working in my house and for the last 2 months this is what i notice on the VIXO1 only.
some of the channels are out of sync with the audio and lots of Freezing like ch 136FX,104USA,105USA NETWORK

can any one that have VIXO1 Confirm ? problem

I had the same issue with mine. All you have to do is factory reset. Thats what i did and all is good now.
 
be careful with that vixo1 model.
If you loose the TVOnline app from Your Channels menu, you might not be able to get it back.
Last time I had this Vixo1 up and running I could not access the Channel Store. Maybe that has changed now but before you reset the Vixo1, check that you can still get access to Channel Store.
 
yea so true on that box the avov 1 no updates so be careful like crazed said and thats only for the avov 1 box all the rest are good to go the vixo1 was first box they made dont have the power the new ones have i gave my son that box so yea the freeze could be with all your boxes running you need more bandwidth i had to update and get new router

yea but there are days you cant update that box even they said that no more updates i do run that box like i said in sons room just not good to reset if you dont need too and i had to send that box to them to reflash it wouldn't get channel store and it was more then yr old too so i thanked them for doing it but i had beta box
