try this before you do a ticket
Manual Factory Data Reset.
1) Make sure the box is connected to the TV by HDMI or RCA
2) Make sure the power is plugged out of the box
3) Push and hold the reset button with the pin for 10 seconds
4) Continue to hold it down and plug the power into the box
5) Hold the reset button for at least another 5 seconds and then let go
6) Proceed to wait for a bit while the box resets, it should open up again in console mode
7) Select the factory data reset option
8) The box will perform a factory data reset and reboot
9) It should then boot normally and start working. If it boots into the console mode again, make sure to just select perform normal boot up (I believe it is the first option)

I had the same trouble I did what Farmer1 suggested and all is good!

Make sure your tv/monitor input is correct, then replace HDMI cable as this has caused this exact issue with my Vixo 2 as some cables simply work, don't work and totally non reliable.

most for the cable problem is sound on hdmi you cant do reset if you cant see the display try a rca plug small plug to rwy to tv and see if it works av hole is in back

A friend called me with the same problem, when I got there we could not get video to go through, the screen on the tv said no signal. I brought it home and the next day I hooked it up and it played at my house with a different hdmi cable. Called friend and he came by and got the box and I gave him another hdmi cable. I told him to check just to make sure the old hdmi cable and it worked for him. We had unplugged the power several times and also the hdmi cable from both ends and changed ports on tv. So we decided that the box had over heated and I asked him to put a couple spacers underneath for good measure so if it had overheated it would not as soon. Try unplugging it for a day and see what happens.
