VOD / INFO Very new, route number issue.

For all the VOD, beginners info, novice stuff.

I'm sorry in advance but I am very new to this. I purchased a MAG256 and 2 route numbers because we have another box at home. I put the number in the new box and it say we have a full year and when we put the numbers in the old box it showed 30 days and then when it expired I clicked on the change the route number and now I have no access to anything. I didn't write the new number down and when I try to contact someone it gives me all of these errors, any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
It sounds like you got them from IPTV66. the one you only got a month, if it expire just go and get a new route for that box and it will work and always save a copy of the email for backup.
