IPTV66 Very Disappointed in iks66

I have a Mag 250 and wasn't sure if it was the right time yet to go IPTV since for every good thing I hear about this service, I hear 2 bad things. I decided on IKS66 (because they offer 1 month donations) to see how reliable IPTV was and if it was worth putting any more of my money into it. IKS66 has 3 Visa options to pay. First I tried "Globebill" but it came up "Denied" so I tried "PayEase" and it worked. On the 3rd day I finally got 1 route# (that was missing 3 days of use) that wouldn't link to my Mac address because it was saying that Mac address was already in use. Today IKS66 Support finally fixed this problem but now I have only 20 days left on my donation.
Now I find out that BOTH of my Visa payments to IKS66 went thru.....very clearly marked on my Visa bill, and IKS66 is saying they received only 1 payment.
So.....I have paid IKS66 twice..... $33.76 Can for 1 month and only got 20 days out of the deal. You know, I paid almost the same amt for my IKS for a whole year this year!!!

check my iks66 sticky thread and send me the need info posted on the very last post and I could prolly find some thing out for you about any other routes active.
I know you had no way of knowing but if you send me a message within 24 hours after Order I will usually find it for you. It is on the system right away most times and is why days start counting.
With the 16 digit Order number and your email, you get can usually find the order and needed info within hours of purchase.

Same thing happened to me about a month ago. I do not know whether it is intentional.

Fact is that some miss the route sent because it is shown at the very bottom of the email.
Some miss it because they never kept their 16 digit order number and thus can not search for it.
Some even send me a message with the Route number included, but they do not realize that is what it is, but yet have 2 or 3 days counted off by the time they ask about it.
Some have deleted their email inbox and thus missed it.
There was also something amiss with the automated service and the route number was not included in the email. But the Order # was and with that and their email the route could be found.

Many reasons, but intentional is not one of them :)
