Unfortunately, the site I got the route from was IKS4Less. I have been communicating with the reseller for over 3 weeks now and he can't seem to solve the problem and has never acknowledged if indeed my sub was up or not. Keeps telling me to reset the box. As for that, all I know how to do is disconnect power for a minute or factory reset. Have done both with same results. I thought there might be a way to go around the reseller.
 
Unfortunately another reseller issue. ...you might be out of luck my friend...always best to purchase anything you want straight from the source. ..without the proper information it's next to impossible to get your service running when problems arise

If you don't have or seller won't give you order number .....then your can't reset it.........you may be out of luck..................if you are using 66.iptv......then buy a new rocket from source........don't buy 66iptv because your mac is still linked to it
