Updates and new app looks good - how to get subscription?

The updates came in, I have a new app (Or I never noticed it before) DreamTV (Not Dream IPTV). White with a blue and green "M" logo.

It allows for a 2-3 second play of each station before it cuts off and asks for code. Where can I buy a code for this? It seems to have a lot of stations and everything in great quality and includes a nice EPG.
