What were the updates psycon?

adds a fallback source for the files if github fails (they seemed to have changed something that broke https on some devices)

Many thanks to the epg team for solving the ongoing problems with updating the .xml file. All devices working now.
Also my thanks to MiB for his patience while I tried his suggestions.

Anyone else having the issue of the updates failing?
I have uninstalled and now cannot install again :-/

All working fine for me.
Just made sure that I was running 1.0.17.
Then reset local path in Stalker to /temp on android ( older version pushed file to /pvr.stalker) and /cache on PC.
Cleared guide, restarted Kodi and re-enabled TV and was good to go.

Had to reinstall updater on PC since it wouldnt update to 1.0.17, otherwise no problem.
Guide working on PC, Firestick and 2 Android tablets.

Im on 1.0.16.....if i update now will i need to go into the epg updater settings and change anything or fill in any new fields?

As I understand things, epgupdater should automatically update to latest version. It did for me on android devices, but not on pc where I had to reinstall it.
