Yes I do.
I originally posted a few days ago about not being able to change my MAC. I've waited an exact week, and I am still receiving the same error. When I try to navigate to https://iks66.tv/main/search and check my route, I receive a pop up at the top stating it will take 24-48 hours to process, however it has been an exact week.

I paid for a month of this service, but have not been able to use it just yet. Can someone please provide some information on how to resolve this?
