TVOnline plus shows only black screen

Today when I turned on my TVOnline box it would not show video through the HDMI. The TV recognizes rthere is a signal but it is only a blank/black screen. I thought maybe the HDMI cable was maybe bad so I switched it. Still no picture. So I went to another TV/another HDMI cable and still no picture. Has anybody else had this problem and if so How do you fix it? I only had the unit since May 10th. I purchased it thru Amazon.

And there is a red and blue light displayed on front of the box.
 
I've tried everything. It was good while it lasted. A whole two months. I bought a mag254 a year ago and no issues at all. I might just buy another mag and call it a day. From what I'm seeing online there is no solution to this tvonline+ problem and contacting AVOV has been impossible thus far. Too bad...it had potential.

Thanks. I tried earlier but the page was down. It's up now and I also just got emails saying that my earlier tickets were accepted even though I kept getting an error message when I tried to submit them. Still have not had an actual response but will post here when I do.
 
you wont on ticket still down to 19 i think look get plug av to rca to tv should get a picture then set it to the right setting try that like i said box has small hole on back call av plug into that with rca out you should get a picture like i said then set it to hdmi i really think thats your problem

I already tried that but it just stays on the AVOV Label in AV mode. Obviously in HDMI there is just blackness as I mentioned before. I cannot get to any screens that allow me to make any changes. Believe me, I tried everything. Right now it's just a brick.
 
oh and you may need to wait till monday he is off sat and sunday just to let you know and a very nice guy to talk to he cares about us big time
