Tv Box or Mini PC?

Hello guys, I want a device I can connect to my TV and watch movies/series on it, but I'm not sure whether it should be Android or Windows.
I found some discounts on devices from Geekbuying [link deleted] and I was wondering what I should get.

First outside links need to be hard coded. Second I am not sure what you are linking there are no boxes on the site I was taken to. If you are looking for a box to use Kodi with any box will work from the cheap firestick all the way up to the expensive Minix box it all depends on your budget and likes of open system or closed system and so on. I would suggest you do some more reading in the sub forums there is a second people have reviewed boxes maybe one will be what you are looking for.
