Time not working

Have had the AVOV Vixo 1 for the past couple of months and everything was fine.
Time appearing on the top right side seemed always right.

But for the past week, whenever I turn off the box, date and time get frozen ; i have to unplug the box, re-plug it back, to get the time work again. But the minute I turn it off then on, it freezes again.

Any idea?

you can try factory reset and start over which may help and check your setting me i never turn my box off but that's me

If your box is freezing you should probably do a factory reset like asft says.
But you shouldn't need to do a factory reset when the time goes out of sync, just go to time setting and put it right then hold down power button on the remote and select reboot. If you have a network/WiFi connect it should be correct after the reboot.
My times always going out of sync on my VIXO1 but unlike "asft" I turn my box off when not using it!!
