Need help getting my MAG254 up and running

my channels have been freezing for weeks now about 10 secs in on every channel. ive updated the papio and tried pvr, still dont work. ive emailed the support team and they reset my stuff on there end and tell me to reset my emulator. i keep telling them i do not have a emulator. they said come here and you guys will fix the issue.my service works fine at 3am other than that through out the day i cant use it. ive tried everything. messed with the acceleration,delete cache,packages, tried different devices. CAN U PLEASE HELP ME. i have iptv66 and screen name stang373

stang373 are you running a mag box try the dns in router 8.8.8.8 or me i went to wireless and that stop it but could be the other way around for you try a few things first

So you were hardwired and then switched to wireless and the service was better?

yup for me it was and try the dns thing too
