T6 box aborts file loading...anybody have an answer

Have tried several times to load the files to T6.1g thumbdrive always aborts loading,but doesn't give any reason,anyone have a clue as to what the problem is?

Make sure that the thumb drive is formatted FAT 32. Also make sure that the file is okay, download it again and check the file sizes. Have you done a reset of the box? Do the rest several times to make sure it is clean. I don't know if a 1 gb thumb drive might be to large for the T6 to accept. Just some thoughts and suggestions.

I think I've done all those things several times over,but thanks anyway...anything else?
