T1 plus not turning on

Hello everyone, my Dreamlink T1 Plus went out about 15-20min after it did the latest update. The TV said no input and the box had the 2 green lights on the front on. I turned it off with the switch on the back and unpluged it for a while. After plugging everything back it was still with the same problem. Any help with this problem please?

are u using a hdmi cable? Ensure that you tv is looking at the t1 plus on the hdmi. Try another hdmi slot and lastly change cables.

I've just encountered the exact same problem... Nothing comes up.. blue screen.. hdmi cable is good. Can't even find a working boot or firmware file to download to usb stick. Any ideas what to do?

Same thing just happened to me tonight... Did anyone ever figure how to fix this?

other then the HDMI thing that hjr007 mentioned , do you guys have a USb device connected to the T1+ by chance ?

And no Jason, that is not the objective
