yes i do
OK, I have 2 boxes. both are on 1.0.20

One box is back up.

Other box won't come back up no matter what I do. It connects to the server, pulls the channels, but I get no video at all.

I've:

- unplugged the box (several times)
- Reset IPTV on Papaio (several times over a couple of days)
- Removed server credentials on AVOV and then re-entered server credentials

I've checked the login credentials on AVOV and they are correct. IP is correct on Papaio.

Like I said, the box connects and pulls the channels.

Any suggestions to get the box back up?

TIA

what i found out if wireless it won't hold setting try cable only it a hit and miss thing one box work the other dont may be what version

So I went in and completely wiped out my IP on Papaio. Saved it, then re-entered the IP and saved it again.

Now my AVOV keeps prompting me for login credentials, even though I have the box checked and the credentials entered in the server settings. A different box keeps coming up with the login credentials prefilled. I hit OK, and the box pops up again. Over and over...

Credentials are correct, and I can't reset IPTV, because it says I've already reset 3 times today...

Really getting pissed...

Mavblues, please do a new factory install on your box, and go directly to settings and set up server information and login information.

Also before doing this head to the checker, and reset your iptv donation.

Let us know any further issues, if it continues to get down please post.

In case anyone else is reading, mine wasn't working this morning but I've just followed the above advice and it now connects and the server goes yellow (which it wasn't doing before).

However, when I try and load a channel, I just get the never-ending "loading" spinning wheel of doom.....

Added: A few channels seem to be working for everyone, 202-204 for example.

Tinie,

I factory reset my box. Went to papiao.is and tried to reset my iptv. It just sits there and does nothing. No message or anything.

I setup my avov from scratch again, and it still won't connect and it still keeps prompting for credentials, even though the donation info is saved under the server settings.

I emailed papiao.is a few days ago with my info and I still haven't gotten a reply.

Box is still down.

if its a tvonline box it should work check you mac address and the you url make sure thats right then password and user number are the 13 or 12 donation box should work then if not go to announcements and read andriod man fix that may help too but all are up

OK, so this same box that was down for over a week is now down again for no apparent reason. My other box is up and working.

Both boxes are on an ethernet (wired) connection, at the same location. No wifi.

I've unplugged the box (several times).

I've reset the router (several times).

I've reset IPTV on papiao (several times).

The box has been down for over a week (again) - it simply won't connect to the server.

Can someone please help me?

TIA

have you checked your code

Yes. All info on papiao and in the Avov box were correct. The box came back up again all on its own.

I really don't understand why this one box goes down randomly, and won't come back up even after I go and reset the donation, unplug the box, reset the modem, etc.

This is the second time that this box went down and stayed down for over a week. My second box, at the same location and using the same Internet connection (different donation) never goes down unless there is a widespread outage.

Both times, I did nothing that caused the box to come back up, because I gave up trying after 4-5 days of doing the same things over and over.

I'm just trying to figure out what's causing this.
