STB Blocked msg

You are missing the .tv at the end of the url. Did you register your MAC Address on the donation page?
I had the same problem. Contacted papiao... no answer. After rebooting 2-3 times the "BLOCKED STB - CONTACT PROVIDER" message dissappeared but the candy bar never even started to fill in yellow. I unplugged my network (modem, router, MAG254) waited a couple of minutes and plugged everything back (in the same order) and it came back to life. After pulling my hair the last 1 1/2 days this was my solution. Hope it helps!!!
Try doing the following;
1 - make sure the server address is correct for your portal server. Both 11.iptvprivateserver.tv and 11.iptvrocket.tv work.
2 - check your MAC address. Check it twice. Make sure it is the same one that's on the bottom sticker of your MAG. (If on wifi, or Ethernet use the MAC from the sticker)
3 - remove and re-add your MAC to your donation code at papiao.
4 - hard reboot several times by pulling plug, or restarting portal from the settings menu.
5 - wait.
If you have these things correct, it should work.
