yes i do
Hello;

I saw that when a recording session starts, it always makes the picture moves a little bit and sometimes it get worse and I can't watch that stream anymore since it goes unwatchable depending on the providers. Have you heard of that kind of problem because recording would be fine if it wouldn't be for that and it make's it on each start of a live recording but sometimes worse than a little shake-up on the video picture...

But the recording itself (when a video doesn't shake too much for a couple of seconds) is good and OK to playback, but the live effet that it does on the channel is something that does it on every start of a recording when watching that same channel live in the meantime...

(P.S.: Tried with different types of external hard drives)

Thanks...:confused:

It's always done this. When you hit record the video becomes unstable. The recorded video however seems to be ok after you stop the record, but while the record is in progress the real time video stability has always been crap up to the point of being unwatchable.

Yes i had a response from BuzzTV team yesterday;

''Yes we're fully aware of this issue happening on some providers,
It is the current video player thats being used that is causing the issue when Recording. The video player is whats doing the Recording.

It will be fixed with our new Beta player, which will become official in about 2-4 weeks after.

Thanks''

Thanks dishuser, so the beta player is already in the XPL 3000 (2018 Edition) or if it was acquired in an update because I thought the new player was still not available yet from what I've heard...

Merci!

You will know if you got the update.
When you go to live tv you will notice a little avatar B that flashes blue around it.
To change the player scroll down in menu to "Configuation"
Scoll over to "Player"
Change it to Beta.
Its done.

The update puts you box to version 1.6(114) and beside tht has the update date.

Note when the update hits your box its silent...when its done is is when the message pops up telling you whats updated.
