Spinning blue loading message

Hi all, I'm seeing nothing but spinning blue loading message, I have entered my IKS 66 route number into the server credentials and connected. I did re boots of my Avov & router & modem. I'm just wondering what's up.

Would you be kind enough to include a link, I've bounced around and I can't seem to find a solution.

The thread linked below is just one and was posted by administrator, so thought that would be a good one to link
It is generic for all AVov models as are most things with the AVov receivers.
