yes i do
Before starting, download the working Netflix, HULU, and Chrome apps from the appropriate threads I posted and put them on your USB . (If you want them) We will sideload these apps later.

1) Connect GTV box to TV (HDMI) and turn it on.
2) Screen will come up showing your remote with 2 buttons highlighted in blue. Press and hold both buttons (“OK” and the button with the 3 lines) while pointing the remote at the front of the box. Once the remote syncs with the box, you can stop pressing the buttons. Should take 5 seconds or so to sync.
3) Do “OK google setup my device” and it should sync with your google account (wifi settings, etc.) Not sure how that works with an IPhone, so if you don’t have Google app on your Iphone you may have to use a tablet for this or setup your account and wifi manually.
4) After TV Box syncs your Google account and connects to wifi, skip installing any of the apps (because the device is going to factory reset after you update the software)
5) At the top of home screen under notifications, you will see 2 notifications for updates (there are actually 3 updates available though). Try to update the box software first if you can. Usually, it will do the TVOnline update first though, which will then allow the box software to update and then you have to do the TVOnline update all over again. After those have updated, we’ll do the box setup again and then come back and do the remote update last.
6) Now that box software and TVOnline are updated, complete the setup by doing OK Google setup my device again. This time, install whatever software you want on the box (Torguard, Disney+, File explorer, etc) but DO NOT INSTALL THE NETFLIX OR HULU APPS BECAUSE THEY WONÂ’T WORK PROPERLY ON THIS BOX.
7) Go to the home screen, then into device settings/device preferences/security and allow installs from unknown sources. Allow all the apps in the list to do so. Turn off verify apps. Attach USB thumb drive to USB3 port on the box. Try to side load the Netflix and HULU apps from the USB drive, and Chrome if you want it. If you set the permissions properly, they should all complete with no problems.
8) If you want to make setting up all your account credentials easier, follow instructions in #24 (below) and attach your wireless keyboard now to make entering all your account credentials easier. Otherwise, continue below and you’ll use the remote to enter everything.
9) Setup your VPN and choose your VPN server so it’s always the same server, and always on. Exclude HULU, Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video from the VPN connection or else they won’t work. Or, just include the MyTVOnline inside the VPN and leave everything else outside. Either way is fine. Make sure you reboot the device after setting up the VPN and the exclusion lists.
10) Go to play store and install “Sideload Launcher – Android TV” by Chainfire (free) and “Sideload Channel – Custom App Loader” by 424 Apps ($1.48). Go to homepage and add Sideload Launcher to your favorite apps (click “+” sign at end of apps channel and then pick the icon for sideload launcher). Open it, and open/setup Netflix and Hulu one at a time from within the sideload launcher. If they work, go into apps and open sideload channel (don’t need to add this one to your favorite apps). Add a new channel, name it whatever you want, change the icon & color to whatever you want, and add HULU, Netflix, and Chrome to your new channel. Go back to the home page and if you scroll all the way to the bottom you should now see your new channel with Netflix, Hulu, and Chrome. 😊 While you are in the row for your new channel, arrow left until you see a little white arrow next to the icon for your new channel, then arrow left one more time until you see “move”. Hit the OK button and arrow up until the channel is as far up on the list as it will go (under “play next”), then hit OK to drop your custom channel there. If you ever sideload any other apps, you can add them to this channel because they won’t appear in the regular apps list.
11) If it’s not still connected, connect your USB thumb drive to the USB3 port on the box. You don’t have to format the drive. If you decide to anyway, format it as removable storage, not as device storage.
12) Setup your IPTV service portals. In the MyTVOnline app, go to connections, then add portal name and URL address. Check the box for login required and put your username and password. EPG mode is UTC, offset = none, catchup and group number both on. Do the same for any additional portals. If you see later on that your EPG is off an hour or so, come back here for each portal and adjust the offset as necessary to correct it. Shouldn’t really have to though if you select EPG mode of UTC.
13) If you’re connected to wifi, you can now test your service. Once you’ve tested all of your IPTV service portals, we’re going to setup your groups so you don’t see a bunch of channels you don’t want.
14) In MyTvOnline, connect to the first portal, and go back into setting/connections. Select that portal, then edit, then edit groups. Select Live TV group. Uncheck select all and check off whatever channel groups you want shown in the EPG. Hit the right arrow to get to “OK” and click on it. Hit the back button to get back to the portal settings. MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ON UPDATE, OR ELSE IT WON’T SAVE THE GROUPS YOU JUST SELECTED AND YOU’LL HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN. Now connect to the next portal you setup and do the same thing for the live TV group. Right arrow to Click on OK, then back to get to the second portal's settings, then make sure you click on update to save your changes.
15) Go into TV Online app. On the remote, press the button with 3 lines to open menu. Go to settings for the MyTVOnline app: OSD timeout 5 secs, channel list style normal, playback limit off, VOD smart grouping on, start on boot on. Player options: 10 sec buffer, resume playback ask, everything else in player options off. DVR options: timeshift on, select your usb device for both recording and timeshift (make sure your usb is attached to the USB3 port), extra recording time 5 mins if desired.
16) Go into Disney+ and Amazon accounts and set those up (as applicable). Add them to your favorite apps channel if they’re not already there.
17) Once everything is setup, it will probably nag you at some point to format your USB drive as device storage only. (notification at top of home page) Don’t do it, because then the usb storage disappears whenever you restart the box. Keep it as removable storage. You can go up to the notification, open it, and right arrow over to the “x” and close the notification any time you see it pop up. You probably also want to go into file commander and disable it from automatically opening/asking to open when external drives are connected.
18) On Home page you should see a notification for the update for the remote (unless you did it earlier). Do the update. After the update is completed, go into apps, and open formuler remote app. Select your remote (s/be BT1) and you can setup your hotkeys how you want them, and setup the remote to control your TV. To setup for your tv, select setup TV IR Control, continue, then search for you tv brand. After selecting the tv brand, keep remote pointed at tv and you should see the tv volume change. If it did, click ok.
19) Using remote: left key at top powers TV on off and right key powers the box. If you long press left button, I think it reverses the two keys at the top and/or makes the various remote buttons (volume, channel, etc) control the TV instead of the box. Info gives you info on current channel, guide is tv guide, left arrow (next to home button) is back (gets you out of menus/onscreen display). Also acts as previous channel button. Long press it while watching tv brings up menu of all recent channels so you can easily switch to any of those. Home brings you to device home screen. The 3 lines opens a menu on whatever screen you’re on (if there is a menu). Hotkeys at bottom can be programmed in the remote app. Initially, 2 dots is PPV if you’re in MyTVOnline app (there’s no PPV though except for a few fights), 3 dots is mute, and 4 dots is channel info in MYTVOnline app, or it opens the MyTVOnline app if you’re anywhere else.
20) On Home page, go into device setting (top of screen next to the notifications). Check your device preferences : date & time, display, HDMI CEC, Sound, storage, Chromecast, etc. Setup your other Wifi Networks (2.4Ghz or 5Ghz)
21) You can record programs from the guide, or record what you’re currently watching by hitting the record button on the remote.

MISC:
- Default lock passcode/adult passcode is “0000”. Adults do not show in your EPG. To view adults, hit the “groups” button, then arrow up/down until you see “Adult XXX”. Click on it, then pick one of the channels. No TV guide for adults obviously. To get back to regular channels, hit “groups” button again, and arrow up/down to select “all”.

- If you received a wireless mouse/keyboard bundled with your GTV Box: Inside the battery compartment for the keyboard is the USB receiver which you can plug into the USB2 port on the box. NOTE: the rechargeable battery bounces around inside the compartment, causing the keyboard to stop working. Press it down against the contacts and tape it into position before closing the case up. You can use the keyboard with the GTV box. Keyboard is backlit if you press the blue function key and F2. You can cycle through 3 different colors but it doesn’t remember your choice next time. The keyboard makes entering your credentials, searching, or browsing much easier.

- The GTV Box does not have any audio output ports. If you have a soundbar or home theater system, you can use the Audio Out connection from your TV to output the sound to your external device. Depending on the audio out connection on your TV, you may have to select SPDIF (on the TV) to get the audio output to work.

Hope this guide helps.

Mods: please move this to the GTV forum. I mistakenly posted in the wrong category.

TIA
I will get it moved.

I had been just creating the 'new' GTV forum as you were posting... Is what happened :)
I see you been busy with the GTV, so I thought best to create a forum for you :)
