In System Settings/ Player/ -Video Tab (*Setting Level to Expert)
- Adjust Display Refresh Rate - Set to "On Start / Stop"
- Enable HQ Scalers for scaling above - Set to " 0% "
- *Try Acceleration - MediaCodec Enabled (not Surface) If it does not help, then Disable and check the Libreelec link below.
If your STB's Android display settings has a 1920x1080 -30 setting ... use it. Otherwise leave on Auto.
(The refresh rate will match the frame rate of the IPTV HD streams (~29.97))
