Hello. happy to be part of the iptv user family.
Ok, here's my issue:
I had service by a reseller for a month, ending on the 21st of september. Since I now want to handle the sub myself I let it end so I could restart the service on my own. So I ordered a 6 month iks66 route, which was accepted (under a different order obviously, since the new order has nothing to do with the reseller, so it's not a renewal). My MAG 254 MAC address is already registered and it won't let me change it from the 00:00 etc. on the route details, since that MAC address was registered by the reseller when he sold me the 1 month route... The system tells me every time I want to change the MAC address: 'Mac Address Already Exists.'
How do I proceed then? How do I relink the MAC address to my new route order? Isn't the MAC address registered by the reseller void now that the 1 month route he used has ended? In essence that MAC address is mine since the MAG 254 STB is mine, and should be available again (and you know that MAC addresses cannot be changed, since it's married to the MAG receiver).
Thanks, and I hope this can be resolved by giving my new route order the MAC address that my MAG has. If you need the information about the order please advise the way to send that information to you, since I don't know if this is the right venue to mention that information.
Thanks again!
