I've been having issues with checking my route for a while now. I got to: https://iks66.tv/main/search, enter my route and get the error message "Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged."

A few weeks ago it was working when we had to enter both the route and order #. But now with just entering the route #, I get the error message.
Due to this, I can't update my MAC or Reset IPTV, which seems to be the solution to fixing watching live tv on Kodi.

Can anyone advise of a workaround/solution?
